Our Staff

Pastor Lloyd Gilreath joined the ABC family, along with his family, in February 2025.  He is married to Megan and has three sons: Brysley, and twins Camden and Canaan.

The moment Lloyd accepted Christ was a profound experience that shaped his faith and continues to influence his ministry. Then in May of 2010, Lloyd was called by the Spirit to preach. He pastored at Wayside Baptist Church for 5 years and Calvary Baptist Church in Lafayette, GA for 1 year. Additionally, he served as Assistant Minister of Music at Central Ave. Baptist Church and on the youth committee of the Chattooga Baptist Association.

Lloyd describes his walk with the Lord as a joyful adventure, guided by faith and trust in God's plan, as emphasized in Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths."

 

Lloyd states that the key is to realize that acknowledging God’s plan means trusting that He has one's best interest and future in mind. Following His plan, He will direct and guide our paths.
